The Fragaria Landing Homeowners Association, a Washington State non-profit corporation was created in 1983 to protect the interests of all homeowner members. The primary purpose is to provide for the maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the resident tracts and common areas. The Association works to promote the health, safety, and welfare of residents within our beautiful neighborhood.
